Our membership

Every membership is designed to build strength, improve posture, and boost your confidence. Choose what works for your goals and schedule.

Private

Private Class offers personalized 1-on-1 training with a Personal Trainer, or 2-on-1 through our Bestie Private option. Each session is tailored to individual needs and fitness goals, with flexible scheduling and a duration of 60–90 minutes. This program is ideal for those who prefer private training, want focused attention, have specific body goals, or require special guidance due to injuries. Members can choose Private Functional Training, Kickboxing, or Muay Thai, and still enjoy access to Group Classes and independent workouts during operational hours.

Group Class

Group Class is small-group training guided by a Personal Trainer, with a maximum of 12 participants per session and a duration of approximately 60 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. Classes follow the official Mazaya Fit timetable and are designed to be structured, supportive, and motivating. Available programs include Functional Training, Mat Pilates, Postural & Balance, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai, with additional access to freeweight areas or independent training during operational hours.

Freeweight 

Freeweight Access allows members to train independently using gym equipment without joining Group Classes and without Personal Trainer assistance. This option is best suited for experienced individuals who are already confident in managing their own workout programs. It is not recommended for beginners or those new to gym training, as no coaching or class guidance is included.

Do I need experience to join Mazaya Fit?

Absolutely not! Our coaches guide members of all fitness levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or already training, we adapt each class to your level. Your first class is free—come try it and see how welcoming we are.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer Functional Training (Upper Day, Booty, Leg Day, HIIT, Core Stability, Full Body Easy/Medium), Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Mat Pilates, and Postural & Balance classes. All are designed to build strength, improve posture, and boost confidence.

How many people are in each class?

We keep our group classes to a maximum of 12 participants. This ensures every member gets personalized attention from the coach, proper form correction, and real progression—not just another face in the crowd.

What's included in the membership?

It depends on your plan. Our Unlimited Group Class membership includes access to all group classes plus personal trainer guidance. Besties Private includes 12 personalized sessions with body assessment and custom programming. Freeweight Access is equipment-only for independent training.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! Your first class is completely free. No commitment, no pressure—just come experience Mazaya Fit and meet your future fitness community. We're confident you'll love it.

What if I'm injured or have physical limitations?

Our coaches are experienced in working with different body types and limitations. Let us know about any injuries or concerns, and we'll adapt the class to keep you safe while still building strength. Consider a private session for more personalized modifications.

What are the studio hours?

Our Dharmawangsa studio is open Monday–Friday 6am–7pm and Saturday 9am–4pm. Check our schedule for specific class times and availability.
